2. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel. Wix acts as our processor. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and fast hosting) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/order handling). Wix applies Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers.

3. Data processed when visiting the website

Server logs (e.g., IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer URL, browser/OS) are processed to operate, secure, and improve the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies

We use Wix technical and functional cookies, and those required for shop/checkout. Where cookies are strictly necessary, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for non-essential cookies we would request consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5. Contact form

We process the data you enter (name, email, message) to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Newsletter (Wix)

For newsletters we use Wix services. We process your email address and optionally your name. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe
link.

7. Online shop & payment (Stripe)

For orders we process order, delivery, and contact data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (and affiliates). Payment data (e.g., card data, tokens, fraud checks) are processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive full card details. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (fraud prevention).

8. Instagram & YouTube

Our site may include links or embedded content from Instagram (Meta) and YouTube (Google). When you access such content, these providers may process personal data (e.g., IP address, usage data, cookie IDs). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; if consent is obtained, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

9. Legal bases, purposes, retention

• Purposes: site operation, communication, contract/orders, newsletters, security/fraud prevention, marketing/online presence.
• Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 6(1)(f), and where applicable Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Retention: for as long as necessary for each purpose or as required by law; data are then deleted or anonymised.

10. Recipients & processors

We share data with service providers (notably Wix and Stripe) acting as processors, and only where necessary to provide our services or required by law.

Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g., to Wix/Stripe/Meta/Google). Appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses are applied. Copies of such safeguards can be provided upon request.
